- added '--delete' option and 'confirm_deletion' setting
- fixed '-' and '--' being interpreted as '--help'


Bash completion:

- enabled completion for long options
- disabled completion for --search-by-name
- made options only possible in the very beginning
   and the number of completable arguments dependant on the option


Small changement to configure.ac:

- ctct is now made executable already in the source directory
